Thank you for choosing Miss Peach for all your beauty, skin and laser needs. We ask that you read and agree to our terms and conditions before making an appointment to ensure all our clients have the best experience possible at Miss Peach.

APPOINTMENT + CANCELLATION POLICY

• A valid credit card is required to secure your appointment. The full cost of the treatment will only be charged if the appointment is canceled within 24 hours or you fail to attend.

• We understand schedules change, so we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours notice for all changes. If your appointment is rescheduled within 7 days of the existing appointment, no fee applies. However, if you cancel within 24 hours or fail to attend, the treatment cost will be charged to the card on file.

• A reminder SMS will be sent 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. We kindly ask that you reply or call us at (03) 8456 1510 if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment.

• We ask that you arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment to ensure treatments start on time. If you are running late, we reserve the right to alter your treatment to avoid impacting other bookings, while still charging for the services you are booked in for.

FOR ALL LASER APPOINTMENTS

• A $15 shaving fee per treatment area will apply if an area is not clean-shaven (shaved with a razor blade, not clipped) the day of or the night before your appointment, unless advised otherwise.

• Miss Peach reserves the right to decline treatment if, in the professional opinion of the treating practitioner, pre-treatment care instructions explained during the consultation have not been followed.
