Miss Peach Policy

Thank you for choosing Miss Peach for all your beauty, skin and laser needs. We ask that you read and agree to our terms and conditions before making an appointment to ensure all our clients have the best experience possible at Miss Peach.

• A full 100% non refundable deposit of the treatment cost is required to secure your appointment. The deposit will be deducted from the total on the day of your appointment.

• We understand schedules change, we kindly request you allow us a minimum 24 hours notice for all changes. Your full deposit will be allocated to your future appointments. If you cancel within 24 hours, you will forfeit your deposit.

• A reminder SMS will be sent 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment, we ask that you reply back or call us on (03) 84561510 if you require to reschedule or cancel your appointment.

• We ask that you arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointments to ensure treatment is started on time. If you are running late we reserve the right to alter your treatment to ensure our next bookings are not affected and still be charged for all services you are booked in for.  

  FOR ALL LASER APPOINTMENTS

• A shaving fee of $15 per treatment area will be charged, if an area is not clean shaven (shave to be with a razor blade and not clipped) the day of or the night before your appointment.

• Miss Peach reserve the right to decline treatment if in the professional opinion of the treating practitioner, you have not complied with the necessary pre-treatment care explained in the consultation.
